The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division–I (formerly SEBA) successfully conducted the HSLC Examination 2026 from 10th February to 27th February 2026. This examination is an important milestone for Class 10 students across the state.
This year, a total of 4,38,565 students appeared for the examination. Among them, 1,90,243 were male students, and 2,48,322 were female students, showing strong participation from both groups.

Thousands of students who appeared for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination are now eagerly waiting for their results. As per the latest updates, the board is expected to officially release the results in April 2026. Students will be able to check their results and download their marksheets directly from the official website once the results are announced. It is advised that students regularly check for updates to avoid missing any important information.

According to a recent statement by Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu, the results are ready and are likely to be declared on 10th April 2026. He mentioned this after casting his vote in Dhemaji, where he is contesting the assembly elections. As per earlier indications, the results are expected to be published a day after the election voting process, which supports the expected date of declaration.
