4. Engineering Assistant (Operation) - Trainee (Category-II)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as a subject with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a Govt. recognized College/University. Candidates with a Major in Chemistry will not be considered under this category.
5. Fireman Trainee

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th passed. Should have a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence with a minimum one-year Diploma/Certificate on Fire & Safety from a Govt. recognized Institute.
6. Boiler Operator Trainee

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th passed with Boiler Attendance Competency Certificate from a Govt. Competent Authority.
7. Technical Assistant (Fitter) Trainee

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th passed, ITI(NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter Trade (2 years regular course) from a Govt. recognized Institute.
8. Technical Assistant (Elect) Trainee

BRIEF RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY
Written Test weightage 95 out of 100 marks (In Written-test, the minimum qualifying mark will be 40 out of 100)
Weightage for Apprenticeship Trainees:- In case of Apprenticeship Trainees (in the requisite trades) have completed one-year training at NRL and are sponsored by a Golaghat District Employment Exchange, shall be eligible for an additional weightage of 5 marks considering their one year of successful training at NRL in various operational areas based on submission of their one-year training completion certificate issued by Training & Development Department. Other Criteria of NRL Recruitment
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 32 years as of 1st January 2023 for all above-mentioned posts.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC(NCL), 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates against reserved vacancies.

How to Apply for NRL Recruitment ?
# Candidates will be called for the written test based on sponsorship of their names by Golaghat District Employment Exchange. No document will be verified before the written test. After the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and if any document is not found in order fully or partially, the candidature of those candidates will be rejected or canceled immediately.
