As per the recent notification of the Director of Higher Education, Assam that all students who are applied or applying for online admissions into the various Institutions (State Universities/Colleges) under Higher Education need to generate a Unique Admission ID.  Director of Higher Education, Assam also mentioned that this is a compulsory process and every student will get one Admission ID or Unique ID of theirs.

• Starting date of online registration: 5th July 2020
• Last date of online registration: Not Fixed

Students need to keep the below-listed documents before going to fill this online registration

• An active mobile number.
• Last, appeared examination admit card and registration card.
• Bank account number with IFSC.

How to Get Online Admission or Unique ID?

1. Check Important Link‘s section(below)
2. Click on the Apply Online Admission or Unique ID link
3. Click on the right-sided Go for Registration Button.
4. Fill up all details, verify carefully filled information, and submit your application.
5. A confirmation SMS will be delivered to your registered mobile number.
6. Now you will find your admission ID.

How to Submit Online Application:

For submission of the Online Application, intending candidates are advised to follow the

following procedure:

a. The candidate shall be required to register in the portal www.dibru.online by

entering Full Name, Username, Password and a Mobile Number to login. The

candidate will get an “Activation Code” in the Mobile Number which is to be entered

for Activation.

b. Candidates may enter to Application Portal through www.dibru.ac.in also.

c. After Activation, the candidates shall be required to log in with his/ her user name

and password and shall be required to fill up the Online Application with correct

and appropriate information.

d. The applicants shall be required to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 500/- only through

the online payment gateway by using Debit (ATM) Card/Credit Card/ Internet

Banking during the submission of form.No another mode of payment is acceptable.

e. The applicants can save and review the information entered before submission, which

can be edited on subsequent login. However, after submission, the editing of information

shall not be possible.

f. On submission of the Online Application Form by an applicant, and Acknowledgement

Card with a Unique Number shall be generated against each successful submission of

the Application. The Candidates shall have to take a print out of the

Acknowledgment Card and Application Form to produce before the relevant

departmental Office of the University whenever asked to do the same.

g. The Submission of Online Applications shall be automatically closed after the stipulated date

and time.

h. No individual letter will be issued and sent to the candidates regarding any matters of

Admission process. Candidates are advised to visit the University website

www.dibru.ac.in regularly for any relevant information.
